As someone who’s struggling quitting nic, DONT start vaping. For the first while you’re gonna be vaping because you want too, but it’ll quickly degrade into vaping because you need too

I stopped vaping 4 days ago, and started using nicotine salt pouches. I personally don’t care about the negative effects of nicotine alone, but more the lung damage vaporizers cause. These pouches are also 1/8th the cost of vaping, and they taste infinitely better. I’m a construction worker with insomnia and a laundry list of mental health problems so nicotine just makes life 5 times easier. I tell my little brothers how much of a scam nicotine is though, and that I’ll kick their ass if they get addicted to it
