This was helpful but I'm not excusing how jank and frustrating that part is for someone who's trying to play normally. I somehow managed to do it my first play through without taking damage and I had to look up a guide on for my second play through I keep dying

This don’t work for PS5 the game glitches when you try to run behind him and it keeps you stuck there while he wails on you

I could never get past this stage as a kid. Revisited it a few weeks ago, still can’t get past it even today. Calmly uninstalled and just put it down to one of those games that is janked.

When I first played this game I died like 20x because I did not have any ammo with Claire everything was with Chris I figured out I had to master quick turn with only 2 shotgun shots and 2 green hurbs.CVX is the hardest RE game hands down when it comes to a blind playthrough. I did finish the game with no resets but it was hell. My second playthrough I did not even die lmao it is one of those games that is dumb but is better the second time around. I just played it a third a few weeks ago and yeah I am still not the biggest fan. But it has a lot of cool ideas and that save room theme is the best next to1 Remake

So I’ve been trying to do this, but i can never seem to pass behind him when u get to his side and i get locked in and die. Think I’ve tried maybe 12 times so far? Really frustrating there not being a save point where the item box is at this part.

You can use explosive arrows, magnum or grenade launcher. With ten shots its enough to push him away and have time to escape running. Easiest boss ever

Currently playing ps3 version on ps5 Iv played this before in past n didn’t really have to much trouble here but since playing this version I feel like the game doesn’t give enough time to react or even enough time to push the thumb stick
