I'm curious about the image distortions during the 8 minute mark when you tested the raspivid command. Do they get recorded? What are the causes?

I bought One of these cameras but I struggle to find a case for this camera I can print with my 3D printer. I’m not good at constructing one by myself.

Does this camera automatically switch into night vision mode? Mine doesn't seem to. I don't have the IR lights on the side as I have a different IR light source. Perhaps that is why?

Is it possible to mount the assembly, with standoffs, inside of a fan cooled case? I imagine that I might have problems with reflection of light if I put a piece of glass in front of the assembly. Dividers could be used to keep the reflection to a minimum.

Nice upload mate, little shocking with the sound distortion there... I assume that the camera was tested in a dark room, it does look good at night which is great.

Is this camera module compatible with rpi 4 b

If you had an Hdmi input on the end of the ribbon would that content still come through or is specifically for the cameras only?

Hi - are the IR spots visible to the human eye? I mean when on, can you see that they are on? I am wanting an IR spot that is not visible to the human eye but most of what I can find are in the wave length we can see.

Thanks for the review. What's the range on these IR lights? Some nighttime outdoor footage would have been nice. Would you be so kind? Don't worry about making it all professional and polished like you did this review, just a few seconds outside (with distant objects) would be great.
