I’m fine with this, because people wanted Persona on Xbox for such a long time. It did puzzle me though that Phil stated that Team Ninja has a long history of building incredible action games for Xbox. This statement is technically true, but I guess Phil doesn’t know that most of the devs that made those classic Xbox exclusives back in the day aren’t with the company anymore. After NG3 I gave up on Team Ninja, because it’s just not the same. I will, at least, try the Wo Long game, because it’s on Game Pass, but I’m mainly looking forward to Wanted: Dead and whatever the hell Itagaki does next. I do hope that Wanted: Dead is a significant improvement over Devil’s Third, because both are action-shooter hybrids and Devil’s Third just didn’t work. I did buy Devil’s Third a couple months ago, because the Wii U shop is closing soon and the Action-Shooter hybrid gameplay just did not work. Plus it has way too many trends and aspects of the Modern Warfare games without actually knowing what made those work and be effective in those games, in the first place.

I really wished that Tomonobu Itagaki was or would be Executive Director of Ninja Gaiden 4. It is very unfortunate that Team Ninja passed down Ninja Gaiden 4 Project to other Studios most of us Hardcore Ninja Gaiden fans never heard of or seen !
