My idea of Starved Papyrus' story starts with him getting a taste of MTT Soul flavored seasoning, which made his cooking actually good. Eveyone actually loved his cooking after using that seasoning.

i can imagine instead of a fear bar sans has a judgement bar instead. This increases as the song goes on and whilst papyrus(or Trousle) tells sans all of the horrible things he has done through out the song, and as sans hears this the judgement bar goes higher and higher and when sans activates his eye this could be the point were sans has deemed his brother too dangerous to be left alive any longer and at the end of the song the judgement bar could be maxed out saying something like "GUILTY" and this is when sans brings down whatever building they are in to try and kill Trousle

The Ending sounds like Sans just slammed a fridge on top of Papyrus.

"* This dish is missing something, Sans. How about a nice BONE BROTH"

Papyrus:

I imagine this takes place in the battle interface, and Sans is trying to remind Papyrus of the good ol' times, using things like the trombone, but after seeing it doesn't work, he knows their is only 1 thing he can do...

It seems that Sans only played with Papyrus

I like how the talk sprite shows paps melting almost as if having one soul is enough determination to melt a monster but not eneough power to stop its effects so paps melts like an amalgamate from having the human's soul but asriel for example didn't melt because the combined power of the souls was abke to sheild against the negative effects of determination
