I find it troubling that there's all these guides on where this is but none of them say how to access it and if you people are wondering how to get access to it you go to Camp McCarran and talk to Colonel James do missions for him and you need a likeness level with the NCR only then will they give you the key to the safe house

It’s awesome just wish they had put a cooking station and two of the crafting stations instead of having to go back and forth
