The truth is that Roger shouldn't have flown that night and the plane was overloaded, Ritchie and Jiles were big heavy guys. Why does everything have conspiracy behind it?

People will try to make conspiracies out of anything these days.  Its sad.... just leave it alone.

Miss Gobble,....Actually they were found in the areas where they laid,....However they were actually covered, the photos were a bit grainy . The fact is the injuries were extreme, the coroner's report is actually accessible on line. Ritchie Valens' head was all but totally crushed and most of his brain was missing and his face was beyond recognition. Buddy Holly's head to was split from the forehead to the top of the skull, and his legs were completely crushed from the impact. And he too was missing about half of his brain as well. The autopsy on the Big bopper showed over 200 fractures throughout his body. Holly's and Valens' torsos were crushed from impact as well.....My guess is there ARE photos of the "original" state of the bodies, but for respect for the families they more than likely have been destroyed and will never be released to the public. It was a different time back then, ...but what I found interesting in reading the coroner's report was this,....The personal effects of each passenger was listed and itemized,....and the amount of money they each had on their persons was also listed, MINUS the coroner's fees.......Talk about COLD ,...picking a dead man's pocket.........

If I can go back in time I would stop that from happening

If a pilot are not rated for IFR (Instrument Flying Rules) and he take the plane up in bad weather - it's 100% shure that he will be killed in only few minutes. It happens every time when someone try....there is nothing strange about that.

I love them as if I knew them personally. I hope they went to Heaven!

I hate to say that shit happens...but it does....sometimes tragically.  but it doesn't mean the X-Files  !!!

The pilot was not instrument rated! In those days they could be commercially rated and carry passengers without that rating. The pilot took off into a snow storm. this is known as " get thereitis". Poor decision making!

The pilot was ending a 17 hour workday, was exhausted, was not instrument rated Annnnnnnnd they flew right into a blizzard with 10 ft. visibility. Yeah, bigger mystery.

I read the book on this, a lady was finishing housechores when she heard a plane nearby and looked outside the window and saw the plane make a beeline for her house, she ran out of the house turned the outdoor lights on as she was exiting and saw the plane go up upon seeing the house lights.
