We are a group of individuals that share a passion for movement. Every member is committed to striving for personal excellence and contributing to the local community. We spread our passion for parkour and freerunning to others because we know movement improves the lives of individuals. Our experience shows that positive exposure challenges people to commit to their health and fitness, set and achieve goals, and to have more fun. We are Enso Movement.

Enso Movement boasts some of the best parkour and freerunning instructors in the Greater Triangle. As athletes and as community leaders of the North Carolina parkour scene, we understand the fundamentals to instruct and train parkour safely and effectively in any environment. We currently offer several opportunities to learn with qualified instructors.
