Really it's just a matter of knowing how to get the generator started with a rope. I have severe back issues and could start my Generac 8500 just fine. I still have a 3300 and a 6500 watt generator, the motor on that big one is a Loncin 390 just like the 8500 had.

That is a horable running engine. It should not need to be turned over that much, even after sitting through the winter.

you could have started that thing 10 times by then. Its so much simpler to just pull the cord. If it doesn't start on the 1st or 2nd pull, your doing it wrong.
