The 45 degree flick is superior and easier to do than a front flip flick once you learn it imo. Definitely important to learn to get better. Nice vid :D

I can do this flick but I can't generate that kind of power consistently. 90-95kph is what I normally get and if I catch it right I get ~100kph. What's the trick to getting more power?
