This helped a lot! I copied your exact settings (when I say exact, I MEAN EXACT) and it was pretty easy, although I do have to admit I got a bit scared of mistiming the longshot and repeatedly pressed F too early.

an actual decent guide, although I'm an arbiter main and I've mastered longshot. but this can help people who are getting into using arbiter. the tip at 0:08 is very useful.

Arbiter is so cool, you can remove huge waves of enemies if you are good whit it. Puls it kind of feels like the dopamine you get in ULTRAKILL after you launch a coin and hit the enemy shooting it.

For me, I just say the word "1" after the arm is extended, it always works, (EXCEPT WHEN THERES BAD PING LIKE HOLY CRAP SOMETIMES I GOTTA COUNT 3 SECONDS)
