This guy managed to delete Monika and launch the game twice while having a not-very-cooperative file explorer, and we're still struggling to get through the emotionnal damage that this game caused.

you can beat it faster than this too. by deleting monika and sayori before starting a new game, you get to skip all of the dialogue entirely and go directly to the end screen which saves about 12 seconds

could probably save a few extra seconds by pinning command line and entering a command that deletes the file
