it's acctually good to record your learning progress, i know many of beginners use it to see what they need to practise more on and it's also fun to see when you get better how much you improved your skills on the bike from beginning too present time, helpfull :)

Kudos to you man great job! sucks that the sprained ankles made you not finish first but the way you were handling the bike and the pain after, is something not many can do! Very excellent rider man

That's exactly what happened to me. I landed on the onramp for another jump. My fork seals needed to be replaced at the time. Soon as I hit the ground it recoiled back up so fast I fell off the bike. I ride a kx250 2t. Nice vid

For a while I thought "is this guy serious, thats no big deal"...but then seeing the aftermath...dude, you did the best you could and thats something to be proud of!! Good job!! You were doing alright before the incident, good job on finishing, I know I sure wouldn't have!

Made the exact same mistake yesterday and overshot a double. Thankfully it was just my right foot that I hurt. Heading to doc to learn what damage I’ve done. Hopefully recovery isnt too long.

I did something like that waaaayyyyyyy back in 1976, on a Yamaha YZ250C at Memphis. Hurt like the devil. I hope it gets better soon.

For all of those who are reading this, my father taught me this phrase...
xxmynameisdarkoonxx (12 hours ago)
I saw this type of injury a lot back when I used to ride and the reason was because they had bad foot positioning while landing. Main problem is that people are taught or it feels more natural to have the balls of your feet on the pegs but a bad landing like this almost always results in an injury. it's much safer to learn to ride with your middle part of your feet on the pegs as that will allow the stronger leg muscles to absorb impacts like these.
