For anyone still having trouble following up, all you really have to do is make an ink bolt precomp for every pic (precomp the overlay so that the pic is below it and toggle the overlay to be silhouette luma) , make the precomps 3d, add a cam, add a null, make the null 3d, pair the camera to follow the null, then keyframe the camera for zooming out and the null for rotation. Finally, spread out the ink bolts at different x,y,z positions and rotations.

I literally always rewatch this whenever I do some 3D zoom in / out transi.
