I have been a keen hobbyist of tropical fish from the age of 10, I kept a few tanks in the garage where I started breeding guppies and swordtails and swapping them with friends and others within clubs.
I have gone through my life learning from books (and still do), clubs and others within this great hobby, nowadays the internet, youtube etc are great tools and most people are willing to share their knowledge, I am one that is pleased to help in any way I can to get others interested or maintain their tropical fish keeping.
Over the last few years I have been making my own tanks, sumps, filtration systems and DIY rocks and backgrounds. I am always looking for new ideas and ways of improvements so comments, suggestions and questions from others are very helpful.

I have a concrete fish pond here when we bought the house....Yours is Brilliant...wish mine was a bit smaller....Great Idea!!
