Fyi for those with a 03 spectra.....you can get to the fuel pump this way. Remove the back seat cushion by pulling up from the crack of the seat where it meets the seat back.

Thanks for vid mine has been sitting for ages starts the dies and does same thing should I replace pump and filter caus it keeps dying or do u think it could be something else like evaporated purge valve
