Thanks for sharing! After 50 things change and it is good to hear what works for others. We do need salt though. Avoid table salt. Sea salt is best.

Avoiding table salt (sodium chloride)is a good idea but eating whole salt that contains al the minerals like Celtic salt or Himalayan salt it vital and can actually reduce edema. Take a small amount of salt with every 16 ounces of water. It has helped my edema greatly. The salt drives the water into the cell.
