In my opinion, one of the things I love about trumpeter is how they include rubber tires in all of there kits.

Thanks for doing this review. It looks to be a decent kit, with loads of room to scratchbuild the missing details that I can see, but thats because I've been in and around these birds since 1992, and know them inside and out. The modeler in me won't let me build a half ass rendition of it, lol

Wow, now that is a big model and no mistake Beez mate. I have never seen a 1/35 scale Chinook before and this one seems to be ticking all the right boxes. There seems to be plenty of detail and the parts seem well protected too. If it goes together as well as it looks, this will be one very large impressive model indeed mate. I don't know how you are going to fit it into a diorama, but I would bet my last pound that if anybody could do a fantastic job of it, it would be you Beez mate, your Dioramas are just the Dogs Nads!! Best of luck with this one and whenever you do go ahead with the build, please let us know how it all goes together.
