Super scratchy throat person here - went and tried the warm water + salt thing, that loosened up a lot of phlegm right away and helped my throat relax/stop tightening up where I can’t breathe well. Then did the warm milk which was really soothing. Just took some allergy medication too and am eating chicken noodle soup while waiting for it to kick in before trying to go to sleep again. Also did nasal spray and some cough drops lol we gotta clear this outtt
