I’m so sorry that hyper-sexuality has affected you too, I have the same thing and I got it since I was nine, I didn’t know and thought that I was the only one. I promise it will get better and you don’t think of yourself bad because of it, it’s okay. It happens to the best of us <3 :(

You know having sexual thoughts and doing "that" to yourself isn't a bad thing and it doesn't make you a bad person.

Hi! I know you don’t know me but I do the same thing and am getting over it currently. Just know that you aren’t disgusting or a disappointment for doing this. Lots of other people do it and we all know you can’t control it.
