OMG GUYS I GOT IT. There will be 2 buffs - usual URF and NURF (debuff). Try to read it properly. It says: Look before you leap. It means, you will have URF buff and then, if you do something wrong (by the hint, you leap somewhere, where you are not supposted to or something featured in new modified version of URF) you will get that debuff. GENIOUS :D
