“Books are expensive and I’m running out of room on my shelves” is the biggest of moods

I was a huge Stephen king fan when I was a teenager. It started with Carrie and just kinda took off so loving the collection. Moved on since, but still a huge part in my heart for him.

Very true on IT. The recent movies were smart in making the children era one movie and the adult era another.

You should move the Dead Zone up on your reading list, it’s a great story and it’s actually one of Kings favorites. My favorite book by him is Needful Things. If you like character development then you will like it. One thing you should know is that this book is not scary at all. If you like historical fiction and time travel then you will love 11/22/63 which may be my new favorite. Lastly The Dark Tower series is a masterwork and is worth reading. A lot of people don’t like the first book in the series but if you can get thru that the rest of the books are great. Happy reading!

Mr. Mercedes is very good, but it is not a mystery. More of a crime thriller. We know who the killer is near the beginning of the book. Brady is one of my favorite antagonists King has written.
