This scene and fake Mandarin from Iron Man 3 are the worst plot twists that trolled a lot fans.

Bruh Katsuragi was basically shooting corpses when he got to the ones that were initially shot. Rubber bullets may be considered non lethal, but when they hit the vitals (ie the stomach or the ribs), they're definitely going to pierce them and kill those guys. Especially since it's at such a close range.

What I can’t wrap my head around is: what’s the point? In what way would the story be affected if they weren’t rubber bullets? Wouldn’t it just be another step? What’s the point in having Saejima shoot everyone with rubber bullets if they were all going to be killed by the patriarch anyway, in a grand orchestra conducted by him? To ensure his own safety? This whole twist just keeps creating questions
