I would definitely recommend a freak system, especially if you have to use the field paint, help with that little wobble in the barrel and help prevent from spraying crappy paint everywhere.

I have the same exact setup. a5 with apex barrel. Had the same problem with the paint at pbx so I bought a mini gs for parks that use tournament paint.

I noticed that the size of the red balls is different from their summer blend. That's why you were breaking like crazy and their paint is not the best quality in the first place.
