I will admit your CTS-V is quick but a 350Z is not a ricer and if the person driving it knew what he was doing and how to tune it would have been close 

I was never really impressed with GM engines until they came out with the LS series. I have an LS2 and it easily outpowers any naturally aspirated engine around. It is lightweight, weighing 410 lbs. compared to 375 for the average 4 cyl. It is also very compact, making it a great engine to put in your honda.

Of course. I almost forgot the impact that a transmission has when on the dyno. Probably adds like 500 horsepower to the wheels.
