But if you change mouse sensitivity to 0.06 you have to remove 3 zeros from the 0.250000 right?

Seriously a hero for this vid. Every time I want to play this game again I find myself watching this same vid because Bioware can't be bothered to patch this garbage.

It worked! Thank you so much :) At first "0.06" sensitivity seemed way too low and I presumed you misspoke, so I tried 0.5 sensitivity which was still incredibly too high! So I went back and tried 0.06 as you said you use and its finally playable. A little bit too slow for me so I will go up to 0.1 I think, but I'm just so happy this is playable now :)

So i installed the game on my computer running windows xp and i was able to save the the notepad ++ file this time and it worked! One thing different i had to take away 3 0's instead of 2 on the doubleclicktime=0.250000 It still doest save on my windwos 7 computer, but i copied and pasted the coalesced file from the xp computer to my windows 7 pc and, IT WORKS!! So now i'm playing the game on my windows 7 without any mouse problems thanks for the help!!!!

Thank you so much for this. I used coalesced editor for ME2 instead of notepad++, but all the tweaks you mentioned worked perfectly. Can't believe I've played ME2 like 5 times before on PC without these settings.
