He's basically joking about stereotypes that exists in the world about each race. He makes fun of his own race a lot, so don't get offended by this people.

Pacific Mall is a big and well-known mall in Toronto, Canada. It's a shame some people can't see humour for what it is. I'm a Chinese Canadian, and however proud I may be of my culture and my people, I don't get all defensive when someone is just making a joke to give everyone a good time.
