Ok I think I know why they used Iron Man in Japanese version. So basically, there's this chef who's really famous from Japan, and he also had a tv show and his kinda recognised all over the world. His name was iron man(orginal name: Masaharu Morimoto). This is why Felix changed it from Michelin to Iron Man. U can say that guy is Gordon Ramsay of Japan.
