Description
MACHINE HEAD's monumental eleventh studio album, UNATØNED, is out now via Nuclear Blast X Imperium Recordings.
🇺🇸🇨🇦 NORTH AMERICA 2025 🇨🇦🇺🇸 - Bay Area Metal Titans, Machine Head, are heading out on a MASSIVE North American tour alongside Swedish metal icons In Flames, Italian alt-metallers Lacuna Coil, and American metalcore maestros Unearth. The crushing 5 week jaunt begins in their hometown of Oakland, CA at the legendary Fox Theater, then heads south for a stop at Sick New World Festival, then east, and back across Canada.
To coincide with this gargantuan event, Machine Head have collaborated on a new song called “These Scars Won’t Define Us” with all 4 bands on the tour adding vocals for a Wu Tang Clan-level thrash collaboration. The track comes from their upcoming new album (slated for an April release TBD), with the new collab track out now.

My dad grew up on Sabbath, Deep Purple, and Motorhead. He also was into punk and industrial music for some time. He's the reason I am what I am today. How about a cheers to metal dads?

This is still the best band comeback ever, in my eyes. I was convinced this band was done, and then they put out this masterpiece and get a bonus-life album after the almost-game-over. Killer riffs, great structure, incredible energy, overall insanity after a long draught. This is a historical metal song, and entirely responsible for the second breath Machine Head got.
