The song goes in a way where it make those "Obobabobabo" sounds like as if Griefer is drowning, drowning in his own hatred toward his dad, my theory is in order to get those swords and be worthy, you have to cleansed your soul, the player soul is clean enough to get ice dagger and venomshank, but not the ghost walker, there is 4 things you need to face to be worthy, your Greed, Sorrow, Fear, and Hatred, cruel king seems scared that the blackrock king would be gone without him, he lost to fear and gone mad, Griefer appears to be mainly hateful, meaning he lost to Hatred and gone mad and he's mainly angry and hateful all the time, unlike the player, Cruel king fear is way stronger because his fear is greater, just like Griefer having a extreme hatred toward his dad, making his Hatred stronger than what we faced.
