It should have white stuff in it. The real one will smell a little like sulfur 8 ( to me it’s a strong smell) and also it will tingle your scalp(like doctor miracles or peppermint product). The fake doesn’t have that sulfur 8 smell

Yes I bought some on Amazon and when I'm it it it it had all kind of white powdery residue at the bottom it is not the original product I need to know where I can buy the original true product and not a fake one can you help me with that

It could be that the tube itself (the material the tube is made from) is breaking down. Sometimes there's a residue.

I've been using it for a while now (not on a consistent basis tho) and the tube is almost done. But I haven't observed any white flakes in my hair. I also did not buy my tube at Pennywise

Start buying your hair products directly from the manufacturer.Esp the gimmicky/popular products.For instance,I really wanted to try the kojie san Kojic acid face soap but instead of Amazon or beauty supply.I bought it straight from the ppl who made it, basically same price,sometimes even cheaper.

Maybe you need to call the company and ask them about it look at the ingredients in it and look it up and then you will understand what's going on I think or you can call the company just saying
