J is probably along my favourite characters. Just by the fact of how tragic she really is. No matter in which story I read, the concept of a cycle of torment, a futile journey with no escape, even in death, gives me chills again and again. No escape, and being fully aware of your suffering. It always gives me a LOT of appreciation for the characters.
