This meme makes me feel a feeling that doesn’t exist

Everybody seems to think the chained wings mean feelings of hopelessness or being trapped. But have any of you noticed that those wings are significantly larger than the rest? They were made to fly higher than the rest and the chains are trapping them. So personally I believe it signifies having a lot of hope or determination to do something but being held back by everything, which is a terrible feeling.
