Nixtrove is an electronic music project by drummer, audio engineer, visual artist and musician Matthew Coulombe. Born in Vancouver and settled in Montreal, Nixtrove blends styles of breakcore, braindance/IDM, electro, drum and bass, ambient, hip hop and techno. Nixtrove seeks to produce immersive, nostalgic, multifaceted and captivating music through full length albums, EPs and live performances. Having performed in various cities across the world, Nixtrove seeks to reach deep within the listener through sound exploration and emotional complexity.
