Creating has always been a great passion of mine ever since I was a kid. I grew up in music theater, performing all of my life.

If you've watched The Game Theorists theory of Hello Neighbor, they said that the neighbor had a partner, and this creepy shadow dude look like the partner. If you compare the hair and all kinda stuff,so I think that this shadow dude was the neighbors partner. Remember the painting where the neighbor looked eye to eye with someone with the same hairstyle and is a bit longer than the neighbor himself, yeah that's the dude, I think.

Here is my theory: The Neighbor was married and had a child, the wife cheated on him and he went insane, he then killed the wife, however, the Neighbor doesn't want to kill his son even though he saw him committing murder, so he locked his son in the basement... but that's just what I think is happening it makes sense.. sort of.
