I've been researching these barrel issues and trying to document what serial numbers are effected. It appears its the first batch, before they switched to a different Machinist to produce the newer barrels.... However if they sent you a new barrel and it did the same thing it appears its not the one machine shop that screwed up. Maybe they didn't harden the barrels properly as well as having questionable machining skills.
