Ya I purchased two versa lites for my wife and I, mine the battery started draining fast and dying within a day after firmware update. Called Fitbit and they admitted the battery is operating abnormal and was working fine before firmware update. Then they gave me the same song and dance you went through. I ended up taking the 25% off and gave it to a friend I couldn’t convince not to get a Fitbit and I bought his Apple Watch SE that he just got and wasn’t happy with. Kinda worked out for me. Now my wife’s watch is doing the black screen of death and I’m looking into Samsung hybrid watches for my wife 🏻 Never again will I get Fitbit

Bought the Versa, and immediately it showed my heart rate at 200 bpm, while I was relaxed and sitting. Then after a week, the black screen. Nothing suggested brings it back to life. Will never buy Fitbit again. I'm not sure how they stay in business.

Just happened to mine too. So frustrating. I take good care of it. It kept charge very nicely. It started to not register correctly…had me sleeping soundly when I was wide awake. Anyway, nothing helps it to reset. I can see light in the background every now and again but it won’t reset or start up. Garbage. Is this something they have happen so we buy another one?? Makes me wonder since it’s such a common problem that they haven’t fixed.

We have a versa, BLACK screen 100%, it will vibrate and a green light flashes on the back that is it. Never get the display to work.

Fitbit in UK are no better same answer no fix do you want to buy a replacement fitbit.
