Try Staples or Wal-Mart for the envelopes. I found some on clearance at Staples. Instead of the peppermint spoon use a candy cane or a peppermint stick. I have seen some people use a paper straw for a stirrer. You can get those at Dollar Tree or most any store that has party supplies.
