Walmart thinks they own you the instant you enter the store. They think they're above the law.

I keep seeing these Walmart confrontations and we in northern New Hampshire don't have this problem at our Walmart stores. What locations are these stores and why do they suspect their patrons are just walking out with unpaid merchandise? Walmart stores nation wide have a bigger problem with their own employees stealing than theft by shoppers. Amazon.com will cure this problem if it keeps up.

Unless the police officer is working under special permit such as traffic duty. He or she is under private security. No longer under the public service domain. Should not even carry his/ her side arm issued by the state.

Sorry this happened to you bro. I believe I used to work for that same Walmart. I personally haven't had any similar experiences with Walmart security, but it makes me personally prefer Target over Walmart. However, I still wish we had a Kmart.

You did the right thing stand up for your self and what's right. Make them learn the laws that they're there to enforce not the ones they make up on a whim. from this guy
