I have just downloaded Valorant and I don't understand why it's locked from the start, I can't even finish the tutorial to check the settings or try if the bug persist also when playing online

so my mouse is stuck while in game but it works fine when i open settings or when im in the home page when i change the mouse its still stuck idk how to fixit if i follow this tutorial can it fix it?
