✡️🇮🇱 🙏 🧘‍♀️Hi friends! Proud JuBu wife and mommy to our fur babies and our feathered friends and turtles outside- book worm - vegan 🌱 animal activist 💜🐾 JuBu means Jewish Buddhist. I’m a practicing Jew who eclectically incorporates some Buddhist meditation exercises into my spiritual practice, which lead me to Jewish meditation called Hitbonenut. Which helped me to rediscover the spiritual depth in Jewish prayer.

My Buddhist journey catalyzed an awakening in my soul. I returned to Judaism and see with fresh eyes the religious texts and practices, which had seemed dead, are packed with spiritual depth and possibilities.
