It's weird to hear his impression out of all of them doing this speech because Moffat originally had planned out series 5 with the idea of Tennant staying and there is a good chance this could have really happened!

Your Tennant impression is literally the best I have ever heard. Even down to his vocal mannerisms. The way you said "I am talking" was sooooooo good. God I could picture Tennant saying every word
