What makes this room so fucking bizarre and creepy is that you expect something to happen, you think something's gonna jump at you or kill but nothing happens.  You're just in a room that's quiet having to look at that.

When I first played this as a teen, this part made me throw my controller and run down the hall to my mom’s room until I could calm down.

First time I played this game, I didn't like this place, because mannequins never are a good thing in horror games.

And no giant mannequin spider or nameless npcs to get randomly killed, because the game actually isn't fucking stupid.

If you're wearing headphones, you can hear the woman screaming only on the left side of the speakers.

This part scared the shit out of me. Had to stop playing for the night after it!

I didn't want to go back to the other side of the shelf...I stayed pacing by the bullets for like 5 minutes

i thought i was ready for anything after playing 1 and 2 recently. but when i got to this part... THIS CAUGHT ME OFF GUARD SO WELL

this is really scary.

I just played this room and had to look this up to make sure I didn't miss something lol. It's creepy I was thinking I either just screwed up or something big was about to happen.

I quit playing the game after going to this room... no joke

There seem to be multiple versions of this scream, but this is a diversion of Heather's scream. And it seems that it has changed in the HD version.
