Guess what? 3.when you move, you will attract the same. Been there. 4. Contact management. Ask them to put carpet upstairs. 5.Contact your councilmen or senators/city officials: campaign to make it the law to have carpet in upstairs floors in apts (& hotels etc) all over again. Those who want "bare floors" need to move to ground 0. (1st floor in USA) 5. Use a morphic field to repel loud neighbors. 6 Use a reiki for peace & quiet. You can loop either one at night.
