I just ran across your channel on a random search...  you've got some good stuff going on there.  I encourage you to make more.  Of course, I haven't made one in months myself, but I'll cheerlead for others....  take care & be well.

I see you like spaghetii sauce. I buy Classico sauce, since the glass jars are Mason Jars, you can "Can" with them when emptied.

During a heavy ground impact, most of those glass jars will be on the floor in pieces

Nice shelf, and your home canned meat preps are excellent! Won't take long for the sardines,mackeral and salmon to start weighing on your taste buds. You'll want some chicken,beef and pork. Well done.

Nice assortment of mid-length storage foods. Have you considered preparing your food storage to survive an earthquake? Those shelving units could be leashed to wall studs so they won't fall over. Those stacked canned goods could be put into cardboard boxes. Some type of edging (wood trim or wires) could be placed an inch above the shelves to keep stuff from falling off.

Your females will need to start pondering reuseable products for dealing with their monthly visitor.... 

most of my preps are proteins, I can grow fruits and vegetables, getting into canning too
