Our life fell apart in an hour.

As a person who suffers with suicidal thoughts/self harm, I’m so thankful to the people who spread awareness like you and don’t make a joke out of it

thank you for spreading awareness! ive recently been healing a ton, no more suicidal thoughts, no more trying to make myself pass out, no more SH. Infact, it's my 4 months today (october 7) (of being clean from SH)

having to deal with my emotions acting up because of hormones and bad experiences really broke me down, and i deal with thoughts of self harm that doesn't leave scars/suicide nowadays. it normally comes and goes in episodes of emotion, but it still hurts every time.

So many people I know have died from suicide, and personally, I might be next. Thank you for posting this awareness.
