Damn, the developer did an unbelievably great job with this. The original Mega Man X has been one of my all time favorite games since I was 8, I'm 34 now, and I still love to play it. But this... This thing is just incredible. The level of detail, the action, music, everything about this is just awesome.

The addition of Iron Horn is really cool. I problem I have with the original X/Zero series is how all Mavericks based on animals are evil/ turn evil in the games. Seeing an animal reploid who is unambiguously good is a breath of fresh air.

This feels like a gameplay mix of Mega Man Zero and Mega Man X. Absolutely outstanding!

It's such a minor detail but I love how when you leave the base, the other hunters help you clear out some of the enemies at the entrance. Small things like this really make the Maverick Hunters feel alive since up until now you only ever really saw X and Zero doing everything.
