That's extremely sweet marzipan! The dutch recipe i use is a 5:1 almond sugar ratio!

I can't wait to make this myself with your recipe. I recently tried marzipan by Niederegger & am now a fan of marzipan. But I'd rather make it at home for convenience & cost.

Interesting recipe. I've heard of marzipan shaped like fruit as a decoration but in the US I think not too many of us use it. It will be interesting to see how you use it. I'll try making the dough once I have an idea how it's used. Stay home and stay safe. Love your content.
