In all fairness, who wants to see a big party of people coming in to dine near closing time? This could cost far more because you might have to pay your staff overtime. Ya'll did better than me. I would. I would have not wanted the Canadian Chinese food experiment that badly. The minute that uncomfortable feeling washed over me I would have been out....lol but the ship looked amazing and more fun than I thought a celebrity ship would be.

In my experience, restaurants closing in 30 min will be rude and try to rush you. Chinese restaurants especially. While they may be Canadian citizens, they were not born nor raised there. If they were, they didnt get the memo that Canadians are polite.
