Northlands Rescue Mission (NRM)
Description
We are an emergency shelter empowering people experiencing homelessness, housing instability, or food insecurity to live more stable lives. We serve men, women, and families from 21 counties in North Dakota and Minnesota. Clients are provided with shelter, meals, clothing, essential items, and personalized case management. This support is delivered in a safe, structured environment - 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
The end goal for everyone who stays at the Mission is permanent housing. In 2021, more than 150 men and women found permanent housing with the help of the Mission & supporting agencies. We also feed thousands of community members each year with our outreach initiatives, which include the Backpack Food Program for elementary students, monthly food boxes, and our Mobile Food Pantry.
